Temporary Restraining Order Against Arizona Prop 200
Russ Dove 11-30-04 In-Land Puppets of Foreign Powers (MALDEF [1][2][3][4]) sued for and received a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) Against Arizona Prop 200 Today. The ruling was handed down by Federal Judge David Bury, at the Federal Court in Tucson, Arizona. The Governor was going to sign the Initiative into Law tomorrow. The TRO is good for 10 to 14 days. Will we, Americans, allow In-Land Puppets of Foreign Powers and Judicial Activism to control our future? We do have a choice! I received a call at 1:00PM from Sue Voss, Chairperson of Citizens for Prop 200, that she had heard that court action was taking place this afternoon. Did I know anything about it? This was the first I had heard. Ten minutes later I started receiving calls from the local media. I arrived at the Federal Court House at about 2:30PM. I passed Isabel Garcia ([1][2][3][4])as she exited the Court House. The hearing was over. I ask her what the outcome of the hearing was and was informed that we will know later Today. I went out to the parking lot to meet the Local News Crews to be interviewed. A short time after we had finished, the Attorneys for MALDEF walked by and told us to follow them. We waited for about fifteen minutes and MALDEF proceeded to deliver their drivel of lies as they stand to defend those who have broken our laws being here, continue to break our laws staying here and the continuing slid into lawlessness shows no signs of change - except for getting worse as crime rates sore. MALDEF filed suit on behalf of a handful of Illegal Aliens, a DES worker and a fireman. They sought only to restrict the part of Prop 200 that dealt with benefits. Again they stated that the Illegal Aliens would not survive if Prop 200 is implemented, as they laminated the rights of these criminals to American benefits reserved for American citizens. Here are a few bottom lines: An "Undocumented Immigrant" in not a legal entity, they are "Illegal Aliens". According to Federal Law there are no provisions for anyone who knowingly enters this Country across our borders illegally, they are criminals and have no rights under the Constitution. They have no right to our Vote or to have access to the results of our efforts! Prop 200 is not complicated, it will only effect those who are here illegally! The reason for Prop 200 is because the current Arizona State Laws are not being enforced. Those very same laws are mandated by the Federal Government. It is against Arizona State Law and Federal Law to provide any services, benefits or jobs to those who enter this country illegally. (K-12 Education and Emergency Medical Services Excluded) Prop 200 never applied to nor can it effect the firemen, the police or paramedics as they are all under the "Good Samaritan Laws". No Voter Fraud, What? Federal Naturalization and Immigration Laws state that there are only two ways a person can become an American citizen. Birth to parents who are American citizens or through the immigration probation and naturalization process. If a child is born to American citizen parents he or she will be enrolled in a publicly funded school and well be taught English. If a person becomes a citizen through the naturalization process, one of the requirements for citizenship is that person must develop a working knowledge, reading and writing, of the English language. I don't care what Aztlan, "La Raza" (the race), LULAC, Vicente Fox, Raúl Grijalva, Alexis Mazon, Isabel Garcia and the rest of the pro-illegal immigrant, open border advocates say. If you cannot speak English you are not an American citizen, if you are not an American citizen you cannot vote. Arizona State Law requires a person to be an American citizen to vote, as do the other 49 States. How many people voted in this latest election, in State and Nation wide, who cannot speak enough English to tell you where they live, how they got there/here and why they should have the right to vote? In violation of 230+ years of history and current Federal and State Law! I remember that when I broke the law I also lived in fear, fear of being caught and punished for the crimes I had committed. I understand why the Mexican's, Latino's and Hispanic's(non-Americans, most here illegally) are afraid, they know that they are here in violation of our laws, and afraid they should be. It is clear upon a serious research of these groups that we have had war declared on us. It is clear that they intend to take our land through the courts, the vote and through bankruptcy.
